Hello everyone,
I'm looking for advice on which enzyme is most specific for diagnosing acute pancreatitis. I've heard that lipase and amylase levels can be used to diagnose the condition, but I'm not sure which one is more reliable. Can anyone help me out and explain which enzyme is most specific for diagnosing acute pancreatitis? Any advice or personal experiences would be much appreciated.
