Hello everyone,

I'm looking for advice on which drink reduces appetite the most. I'm looking to find a drink that will help me cut back on calories and help me stick to a diet. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm open to any type of drink, from tea to juices to smoothies. I'm just looking for something that will help me cut back on my appetite.
