Which bipolar disorder is worse

Hello everyone,

I am looking for some help understanding which type of bipolar disorder is worse. I have recently been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and am currently trying to understand more about it. Could someone please help me understand the differences between the two types of bipolar disorder and which one is considered worse? I would really appreciate any insight and advice anyone can offer.
