When should you go to the hospital for Anaemia

I'm looking for advice on when I should go to the hospital for Anaemia. I've been feeling really tired and weak lately, and I think I may have Anaemia. I've heard it can be serious if left untreated, so I want to make sure I get the right help. Does anyone have any advice on when I should seek medical attention? Is there a particular symptom or level of severity that I should look out for? Any help would be much appreciated.
