What's the worst allergy to have

I'm looking for advice and help from other forum users. What do you think is the worst allergy to have? Is it a food allergy, an environmental allergy, or something else? I'm especially interested to hear from those who have suffered from allergies themselves. Anaphylaxis

Anaphylaxis is considered to be the most serious and potentially life-threatening type of allergic reaction. It occurs when the body goes into shock due to an allergic reaction, causing a variety of symptoms such as difficulty breathing, hives, swelling of the throat and tongue, and a drop in blood pressure. Anaphylaxis can be triggered by a variety of different allergens, including food, medication, and insect venom. If not treated immediately, anaphylaxis can be fatal.
