I'm hoping to get some help from other forum users about what type of emphysema is caused by smoking. I'm aware that emphysema is a type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, but I'm not sure what type of emphysema is caused by smoking. Does anyone here have any information that could help me understand this better? Any advice or resources would be much appreciated.
