Thompson score is a numerical measure of a person's subjective intensity of symptoms of depression. It ranges from 0 to 60, with higher scores indicating more severe depression. A score of 0 to 5 is considered mild, 6 to 10 is moderate, 11 to 15 is moderately severe, and 16 to 20 is severe. Scores above 20 are considered very severe.
