Most 3 year olds tend to like sweet snacks such as fruit, yogurt, pudding, and other healthy treats. Finger foods like pretzels, crackers, and cereal bars are also popular. However, it's important to choose snacks that are low in sugar and high in nutrients to provide your child with the best possible nutrition. You can also offer a variety of dips, such as hummus or nut butter, paired with crunchy vegetables. Homemade trail mix is also a great snack, as it's full of healthy nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.

Three year olds tend to like a variety of snacks. It is important to offer healthy options such as fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain crackers, and low-fat yogurt. It is also important to offer snacks with protein, such as nuts, nut butter, cheese, and hard boiled eggs. Other snacks that three year olds like are graham crackers, pretzels, popcorn, and animal crackers. To make snacks more fun, you can cut them into shapes with cookie cutters, add a dip, or offer a variety of options. It is best to limit sugary snacks and drinks, and encourage healthy options.

"My three year old won't eat anything! What should I do?"

It can be difficult to get a three year old to eat a variety of foods, especially if they are picky. First, make sure you are offering balanced meals with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Secondly, let your child help with meal prep and shopping. This will get them involved and excited about trying new foods. Thirdly, make mealtime a pleasant experience. Eating should be a time to bond and have fun, so try to avoid distractions like TVs and phones. Lastly, be patient and don’t give up. Offer a variety of healthy options and let your child choose what they want to eat. They may surprise you and try something new!
