I'm looking for some advice about what I should eat if I have a sinus infection. I'm new to this and not sure what foods are best to feed my body while it's fighting the infection. Does anyone have any experience or tips about foods that are good for sinus infections? I'm looking for anything I can do to help my body heal and get rid of the infection as quickly as possible.
