What not to eat to avoid allergy

I'm looking for advice about what not to eat to avoid allergies. Does anyone have any experience with this? Has anyone identified certain foods that they know trigger allergies? Any tips or advice for identifying and avoiding these foods would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping to get some guidance from the community about how to reduce my risk of an allergy attack.

Allergens

Food allergies can vary from person to person, but some of the most common foods that trigger an allergic reaction include:

Eggs: Eggs are a common cause of food allergies, and some people may be sensitive to the proteins in egg whites or egg yolks.

Dairy: Dairy products such as milk, cheese, and yogurt can cause an allergic reaction in some people.

Fish: Fish and shellfish are also common food allergens, and people may also be sensitive to other seafood items such as mollusks and crustaceans.

Nuts: Nuts such as peanuts, almonds, and walnuts can cause an allergic reaction in some people.

Soy: Soy is a common food allergen, and people may be allergic to soybeans, soy sauce, and other soy-containing products.

Tips to Avoid Allergens

To avoid an allergic reaction, it is important to identify the foods that trigger the reaction and avoid them. Here are some tips to help you avoid allergens:

• Read food labels carefully to identify potential allergens.

• Ask questions when eating out, and make sure to inform the restaurant staff of any food allergies.

• When cooking at home, be sure to use separate utensils and cookware for foods that may contain allergens.

• Be mindful of cross-contamination, as allergens can be transferred from one food to another if they touch.

• If you are uncertain about a food, it is best to avoid it.
