I'm looking for advice on what massage is good for mental health. I'm interested in knowing if there are any specific types of massage, such as Swedish massage, aromatherapy massage, or hot stone massage, that are particularly helpful for mental wellbeing. I'm also curious to know if there are any other treatments, such as yoga or meditation, that can be combined with massage to provide even more benefit. Has anyone had any personal experience with massage and mental health? Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.
