Hi everyone,
I'm hoping to get some help understanding the principle of vaccination. I've done some research but I'm still a bit confused about the science behind it. Can anyone explain it in layman's terms? From what I have read, it seems to involve introducing a killed or weakened version of a virus or bacteria into the body to trigger an immune response. Is this correct? I'd love to understand more about how this works and what the potential risks and benefits are.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
