I'm hoping to get some help from the other forum users here. Does anyone have any experience with the pain of strangulation? What did it feel like? What were the physical and/or psychological effects? I'm interested in hearing any firsthand experiences or information about this topic. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Strangulation is the act of compressing or constricting the neck of a person to the point where they are unable to breathe or speak. This is a dangerous form of violence and can cause significant physical and psychological harm. Strangulation can also lead to serious injury or death.

The pain of strangulation is intense and can last for several minutes or longer. It can cause a person to feel like they are suffocating and unable to breathe. The neck may become bruised or swollen due to the pressure from the strangulation. The person may also experience a loss of consciousness and numbness in the area of the neck that was compressed.

The psychological effects of strangulation can be just as severe as the physical ones. People who have been strangled may experience feelings of fear, anxiety, and depression. They may also have difficulty sleeping and develop post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Strangulation can also lead to long-term physical complications, such as difficulty swallowing, breathing problems, and nerve damage. The pain of strangulation can linger for days or weeks after the incident. It is important to seek medical attention immediately if you or someone you know has been strangled.

Strangulation is a serious form of violence and should never be taken lightly. It is important to seek help if you or someone you know has been strangled or is a victim of any other form of violence.
