I'm new to this forum and I'm hoping to get some help from others who have experience with Multiple Sclerosis. I'm trying to understand what the number one symptom of MS is. Can anyone share with me what they believe the most common symptom is? I'd really appreciate any information or advice anyone has to offer.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a complex neurological disorder that can affect a person in many ways. Common symptoms of MS can include fatigue, difficulty walking, vision problems, numbness or tingling in the limbs, and cognitive problems. However, the number one symptom of MS is often considered to be fatigue. This can be experienced in many forms, ranging from a feeling of general tiredness to extreme exhaustion. It can also be accompanied by a lack of focus and concentration, making it difficult to carry out everyday tasks. Furthermore, it can be worsened by physical activity, heat, and stress. To help manage the fatigue experienced with MS, it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, and eating a balanced diet.
