I'm looking for advice about the best exercise and would love to hear some opinions. What do you all think is the number 1 best exercise and why? I'm looking for something that I can do regularly, that is effective and efficient. I'm also looking for something that fits into my lifestyle and doesn't require a lot of time or money. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
