I'm looking for some help. I was recently diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis and I'm trying to learn more about it. What I'm most curious about is, what is the most common symptom of ankylosing spondylitis? I'm not sure if it's pain, stiffness, fatigue, or something else. Can anyone who has experience with this condition or knows someone who does provide some insight? Any advice or information would be much appreciated. Thank you.

The most common symptom of ankylosing spondylitis is chronic lower back pain and stiffness. The pain usually begins in the lower back and buttocks but may also affect the hips, legs, chest, and other areas. The stiffness is usually worse in the morning and after sitting or lying down for an extended period of time. Other common symptoms include fatigue, limited mobility, and pain and stiffness in the neck. Some people may also experience redness and swelling of the eyes, vision problems, and inflammation of the spine.

The most common symptom of ankylosing spondylitis is chronic lower back pain and stiffness. The pain may begin in the lower back and spread to the buttocks, hips, and thighs. Other symptoms can include fatigue, difficulty sleeping, and difficulty performing normal daily activities. In some cases, ankylosing spondylitis can also cause inflammation of the eyes, and a decrease in the ability to move certain joints. In severe cases, ankylosing spondylitis can cause deformity of the spine, ribs, and other bones. Treatment for ankylosing spondylitis typically includes anti-inflammatory medications, physical therapy, and lifestyle changes.

Ankylosing spondylitis is a type of chronic inflammatory arthritis that typically affects the spine. The most common symptom of ankylosing spondylitis is chronic, persistent back pain. This pain can be felt in the lower back and buttocks, and can often be accompanied by stiffness, especially in the morning. Other symptoms can include fatigue, stiffness in the neck, reduced range of motion, and inflammation of other joints such as the shoulders, hips, and feet. It is important to seek medical advice if you are experiencing any of these symptoms as early diagnosis and treatment can help prevent the condition worsening.

The most common symptom of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is chronic lower back pain or stiffness. The pain or stiffness is usually worse in the morning and after periods of inactivity, and can be accompanied by fatigue. The pain or stiffness may also travel to other areas of the body, such as the hips, thighs, feet, and shoulders. Other common symptoms of AS include decreased mobility of the spine, difficulty breathing, chest pain, fatigue, and eye inflammation. In some cases, people with AS may also experience depression due to pain or fear of disability due to the condition.
