Mortality rate for IMHA (Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia) is estimated to be between 25-50%. The exact mortality rate varies depending on the severity of the condition and the patient's response to treatment. Treatment for IMHA can include medications, such as glucocorticoids, cyclosporine, and others, as well as supportive care. In some cases, blood transfusions may be necessary. With successful treatment, long-term remission may be achieved.
