Hello everyone! I am looking for help understanding the main reason for the development of ankylosis of the TMJ. I know that this is a condition involving the fusion of the temporomandibular joint, but I am struggling to discern the cause of this condition. Can anyone provide any insight on what might be the main factor leading to ankylosis of the TMJ? I would greatly appreciate any information or advice you can provide.
