Hello everyone,

I am looking for some help with understanding the line in allergic rhinitis. I have read a lot of information online but I'm still unsure what it is. Can anyone explain it to me in simple terms? I would really appreciate it if someone could provide a clear explanation and maybe some examples so I can better understand this condition.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Allergic rhinitis is an inflammation of the nose and nasal passages caused by an allergic reaction. Symptoms can include sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, congestion, and post-nasal drip. Allergic rhinitis can be classified as either seasonal (hay fever) or perennial (year-round). Treatment for allergic rhinitis includes avoiding triggers, using over-the-counter or prescription medications, and using immunotherapy (allergy shots).
