I'm looking for help and advice about ADHD. I'm recently diagnosed, and I'm trying to wrap my head around all the challenges that come with this condition. I'm wondering what other people with ADHD would say is the hardest thing about living with it? I'm open to hearing any thoughts, experiences, or tips that you might have.
