Hey everyone,

I'm looking to learn more about the four types of mind-body exercise. I know there's yoga, tai chi, qigong, and meditation, but what I'm really interested in is how these exercises affect the mind and body. Does anyone have experience with any of these four types of exercises? If so, can you tell me about your experience and how it helped you? Any advice or tips on how to get started with any of these exercises would also be appreciated.
