Hi everyone! I am researching the epithelium of odontogenic cysts and am looking for some help. Does anyone here have knowledge about this topic that they could share with me? I'm particularly interested in knowing what type of epithelium is found in odontogenic cysts and how it differs from the epithelium found in other cysts, if at all.

Epithelium is the outermost layer of cells that form the lining of the surface of the body, including the interior of organs, cavities, and tubes. The epithelium of odontogenic cysts is a type of epithelium that is found in the walls of odontogenic cysts. It is composed of non-keratinized stratified squamous epithelium, which is made up of multiple layers of cells. It is important for the recognition of odontogenic cysts and for understanding the etiology and pathogenesis of the cysts. The epithelium of odontogenic cysts is an important factor in the diagnosis and treatment of these cysts.
