Hi everyone,
I'm hoping to get some help with understanding the diagnostic lipase level for pancreatitis. I recently read that a lipase level over three times the upper limit of normal may confirm the diagnosis of pancreatitis but I would like to get some more information about what that upper limit is. Does anyone have experience with this or know what the diagnostic lipase level for pancreatitis is? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
