Hello everyone! I'm looking for help understanding the 321 bedtime routine. I've heard a few people mention it, but I'm not sure what it is or how it works. From what I understand, it involves counting backwards from 3 down to 1, but I'm not entirely sure what this entails. Can anyone explain the 321 bedtime routine and how it works?
