Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some help understanding the 3 3 3 rule for anxiety. I understand that it has something to do with recognizing and managing anxious thoughts, but I'm not sure exactly how it works. Does anyone have any advice or experience with this rule? I would really appreciate any information that anyone has to offer.
