I'm a parent of a child with anxiety and I'm looking for help understanding the 3 3 3 rule for anxiety children. Does anyone here have experience with this rule or know how it works? I'm hoping to find out more about how it can help my child manage their anxiety symptoms. Can anyone help me understand how it works and what I can do to help my child?
