Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some help understanding the 10 3 2 1 0 rule for sleep. I recently heard about it and I'm curious to know what it is and if it can help me improve my sleep. From what I understand, it seems to be a way to prioritize good sleep habits but I'm not sure. Can anyone explain what this rule is and if it's beneficial? Is there anyone with experience using it that can offer advice?
