What is it called when you don't like lots of people

I'm looking for help understanding what it's called when you don't like lots of people. I'm not sure if there's a specific name for this, but it's something I've noticed in myself for a while now. I usually don't feel comfortable in large groups or even smaller gatherings with multiple people I don't know well. Is there a name for this, or is it just a personal preference? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
