I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I'm looking for information on what is considered a gold standard diagnostic test. I'm trying to understand what it is, how it works, and why it's considered a gold standard. I'm sure there are people out there with a lot more knowledge than me that can shed some light on this. I'd really appreciate any help or advice anyone can offer.
