I'm looking for help understanding what anti-social elements are. Can someone explain what they are and how they can be identified? I'm interested in learning more about them and any other related topics to better understand the concept. Are there any particular studies or books that I can read to gain a better understanding? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Anti-social elements are individuals or groups of individuals who engage in behaviors that are considered to be contrary to accepted social norms. These behaviors can include criminal activities such as theft, drug use, vandalism, and violence, but can also include activities that are not necessarily criminal, such as public drunkenness or loitering. Anti-social elements often have difficulty conforming to the norms and expectations of the society in which they live. They may also have difficulty forming and maintaining relationships with others, and have difficulty with social interaction.
