What is a Type 1 personality

I'm looking for some help understanding what a Type 1 personality is. I know it's related to the Myers-Briggs Personality Test, but I'm not sure what it means exactly. Can anyone explain it to me and provide some examples? Any advice is much appreciated.

Type 1 personality is a term used in psychology to describe a certain set of traits and characteristics that are usually associated with an individual who is highly organized, rational, and goal-oriented. People who have a Type 1 personality are often thought of as being task-oriented and focused on achieving their goals. They are usually analytical and logical in their thinking and are often seen as “workaholics” who strive for perfection. Type 1 personalities tend to be quite independent and prefer to take on tasks and responsibility alone. They are often competitive, driven, and highly ambitious and set high standards for themselves and those around them.
