"Hi everyone, I'm hoping some of you can help me out. I'm trying to learn more about 50 50 exercise but I'm having a hard time finding information about it. Does anyone know what 50 50 exercise is? What is it used for? What are the benefits of this type of exercise? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
