I'm hoping someone here can help me out with an answer to my question. I've been trying to find out what hormone causes pupil dilation, and I can't seem to find any definitive answers. Does anyone know what hormone is responsible for pupil dilation? Are there any other factors that cause the pupils to dilate? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Subtitle: What hormone causes pupil dilation?

The hormone that is responsible for pupil dilation is acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter that is released from the nervous system and acts on the muscles of the iris, causing the pupils to dilate or enlarge. It is released in response to low levels of light, allowing the eye to adjust to the changing light levels. Acetylcholine is also released in response to emotional or physical stimulation, leading to an increase in heart rate and blood pressure.

The hormone that causes pupil dilation is adrenaline. Adrenaline is released in the body when we experience fear, excitement, or physical exertion. When adrenaline is released, it causes the pupils to dilate, allowing more light into the eye, and making it easier for us to see in dark or low-light conditions. The dilation of the pupils is also thought to help us assess potential threats or opportunities more quickly.

Pupil dilation is caused by the hormone adrenaline, which is released during times of stress, excitement, or fear. Adrenaline is a hormone that is released from the adrenal glands, which are located just above the kidneys. This hormone triggers the sympathetic nervous system and causes the pupils to dilate, allowing more light to enter the eye and providing the body with improved vision in stressful or dangerous situations.

Pupil dilation is caused by the hormones adrenaline and noradrenaline. These hormones, also known as catecholamines, are released by the body during times of stress or excitement. They cause the pupils to dilate so that more light can reach the back of the eye, allowing us to see better in times of emergency. Additionally, the dilation of the pupil can also be triggered by certain drugs and medications.

Pupil dilation is caused by the release of the hormone epinephrine, also known as adrenaline. This hormone is released by the adrenal glands in response to various situations, including fear, excitement, and physical activity. Epinephrine causes the pupil to dilate, allowing more light to enter the eye and improving vision temporarily.
