Hello,

I am looking for help and advice about restless legs syndrome. I suffer from this condition and I am looking for ways to address it. Does anyone have any tips or advice on what helps restless legs go away? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried stretching, massaging and hot baths but none of these seem to make much of a difference. I would love to hear from anyone who has had similar experiences and could share their stories and advice.
