Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum and I'm hoping some of you can help me. Recently I've been monitoring my CO2 levels and it's been consistently over 100. I'm not sure what this means and I'm worried about the consequences. Can anyone tell me what happens when my CO2 is over 100? Are there any health risks? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

CO2 levels over 100 can be dangerous for your health. High levels of CO2 can cause headaches, dizziness, fatigue, and difficulty breathing. Long-term exposure to high levels of CO2 can cause serious health problems, including an increased risk of cardiovascular disease, respiratory diseases, and even death.

Effects on the Environment

High levels of CO2 can also lead to environmental problems. When CO2 levels are high, plants and trees absorb more of the gas, leading to an increase in the global temperature. In addition, high levels of CO2 can lead to acid rain, which can damage crops, buildings, and aquatic life.

How to Reduce CO2 Levels

The best way to reduce CO2 levels is to reduce the amount of energy you use. This can include turning off lights and appliances when not in use, using energy-efficient light bulbs, and using public transportation instead of driving. Additionally, using renewable energy sources like solar or wind power can help reduce CO2 emissions. Planting trees and reducing deforestation can also help reduce CO2 levels.
