"Hello everyone,
I'm looking for advice on which fruits I should avoid if I have rhinitis. I'm aware that certain fruits may cause inflammation and worsen my symptoms, but I'm not sure which ones are the worst offenders. Does anyone have any experience with this and can provide me with some helpful tips? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
