Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum and I'm looking for help. I was recently diagnosed with pancreatitis and I'm wondering what kind of fruit I can eat. Does anyone have any experience with this condition and can offer some advice? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bananas
Bananas are a great source of potassium and other vitamins and minerals and can help to maintain healthy digestion.

Citrus Fruits
Citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C and can reduce inflammation in the pancreas. Oranges, lemons, and grapefruits are all good options.

Mangoes and Avocados
Mangoes and avocados are high in healthy fats and can help to reduce inflammation in the pancreas.

It is important to remember that everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for another. It is always best to consult with a doctor or nutritionist before making any changes to your diet.
