I was recently diagnosed with dysphagia and am looking for some advice on what foods I should avoid. I’ve heard that certain foods can be difficult to swallow if you have dysphagia, so I’m wondering what specific types of food I should stay away from. Does anyone have any experience with dysphagia and know what foods to stay away from? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
