"Does anyone have any experience with food that can trigger allergic rhinitis? I'm looking for any advice on what to avoid if I'm prone to allergic reactions. I know certain foods can cause flare-ups, but I'm not sure which ones.

Wheat, Dairy, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy, and Sesame Allergens

Food allergies are a common trigger for allergic rhinitis, which is an inflammation of the nasal passages caused by an allergic reaction. Allergic rhinitis can be triggered by a variety of foods, including wheat, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and sesame. Each of these food allergens can cause different symptoms, such as sneezing, itching, and/or a runny nose.

Wheat is one of the most common food allergens and can trigger an allergic reaction in some people. Symptoms include sneezing, itching, a runny nose, and sometimes swelling of the face or throat. Wheat is found in many products, including bread, pasta, cereals, and baked goods.

Dairy is another common food allergen that can cause allergic rhinitis. Symptoms of dairy allergies include sneezing, itching, a runny nose, and sometimes swelling of the face or throat. Dairy products include milk, cheese, yogurt, and ice cream.

Eggs can also trigger an allergic reaction, causing sneezing, itching, a runny nose, and sometimes swelling of the face or throat. Eggs are found in many products, such as cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.

Fish and shellfish are two of the most common food allergens and can cause an allergic reaction. Symptoms include sneezing, itching, a runny nose, and sometimes swelling of the face or throat. Fish and shellfish can be found in many dishes, including sushi, chowders, and ceviche.

Peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and sesame are all food allergens that can cause an allergic reaction. Symptoms of these food allergies include sneezing, itching, a runny nose, and sometimes swelling of the face or throat. Peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and sesame are found in many products, such as peanut butter, nut butters, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

It is important to be aware of the foods that can trigger an allergic reaction and to avoid them if possible. If you have any questions or concerns about food allergies, talk to your doctor or allergist.
