I am looking for advice about exercise for pancreatitis. I was recently diagnosed with this condition and I am trying to find out what type of exercise is safe and beneficial for me. I'm relatively new to exercise, so I'm looking for advice from those with experience. Does anyone have any tips on what types of exercise are okay for pancreatitis?
