I'm dealing with a lot of uncomfortable digestive issues and I'm not sure if I have IBS or something else. Does anyone have any experience with IBS? What exactly does it feel like? I'd love to hear from anyone who can share their own experience and what symptoms they had. Any advice or tips on dealing with IBS would be really helpful too.

People with IBS often experience a combination of abdominal pain and discomfort, changes in bowel habits, and other symptoms such as bloating, nausea, and fatigue.

The pain associated with IBS can vary greatly from person to person, ranging from mild discomfort to severe cramping. It is often described as a feeling of cramping, bloating, and pressure.
