What drink is good for allergies

Hello everyone! I am looking for some help and advice about what drinks are good for allergies. I suffer from seasonal and food allergies, and I am looking for different drinks that may help relieve my symptoms. Do any of you have any experience with drinks that help with allergies? Any advice or ideas would be much appreciated.
