What does it mean if you cry in movies

I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this: I often find myself tearing up or even crying during movies. I'm not sure if this is a normal reaction or if it has a deeper meaning. Does anyone else cry while watching movies? If so, what do you think it means? Has anyone ever sought out an explanation for it? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences on this subject. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
