What does dark psychopath mean

I'm looking for some help understanding what a dark psychopath is. I've heard it mentioned in some movies and TV shows, but I'm not sure what it means. Is it a real term with a specific meaning, or is it just a made-up phrase? Does it refer to a particular kind of person or behavior? Does it have anything to do with mental health?
