I'm looking for some advice and help on the topic of what do stress people eat. I'm trying to find out which types of food are best to eat when you're feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. Are there any particular foods that can help with stress or that people should avoid eating when they're feeling stressed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
