Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum and have a question about ADHD. I'm interested in learning more about what people with ADHD do a lot. Can anyone share their experience or knowledge about this? It would be great to get some advice from other forum users. I'm looking to understand more about the challenges and struggles those with ADHD face, as well as strategies and solutions for managing it. Any help or insight would be much appreciated!
