Schizoid Personality Disorder
Schizoid Personality Disorder (SPD) is a mental health condition characterized by a lack of interest in social relationships, a tendency towards a solitary lifestyle, secretiveness, emotional coldness, and apathy. People with SPD often find themselves isolated from others, and may have difficulty expressing their emotions or forming meaningful relationships. They may also have difficulty feeling pleasure or happiness. While SPD is not as widely known as other mental health disorders, it can still have a significant impact on a person's ability to function in everyday life.
