Avoiding Social Contact
Antisocial people avoid social contact as much as possible. They may avoid work, school, or even simple activities like going out to eat or shopping. They may prefer to stay home and be alone, rather than being around other people. They may even avoid family and friends, and spend most of their time alone.
Expressing Hostility
Antisocial people may express hostility toward other people. This may include physical or verbal aggression, or simply being rude and uncooperative. They may be quick to anger and lash out at those around them, even for minor infractions.
Engaging in Risky Behaviors
Antisocial people may engage in risky behaviors, such as substance abuse or criminal activities. They may not be able to control their impulses, and may take risks without considering the consequences. They may also be more likely to engage in self-destructive behaviors, such as cutting or other forms of self-harm.
Having Poor Impulse Control
Antisocial people may have difficulty controlling their impulses. They may act without thinking, or do things that are not in their best interest. This can lead to risky or dangerous behaviors, such as substance abuse or criminal activities.
Being Unempathetic
Antisocial people may have difficulty understanding and empathizing with others. They may be unable to recognize or relate to the emotions of those around them, and may be unable to show compassion or empathy. This can make it difficult for them to form close relationships or build meaningful connections with others.
