Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some help understanding the two types of hanging. I understand that there is one type of hanging that is used as a form of execution, but I'm not sure what the other type is and how it is used. Can anyone help me with this? I'd really appreciate any information or advice anyone can provide.

The two types of hanging are suspension hanging and partial hanging. Suspension hanging is a full body suspension, where the body is suspended from the ceiling or a support beam with ropes or straps. Partial hanging is a partial body suspension, where only the feet or the legs are suspended from a support beam.

Suspension Hanging

Suspension hanging is a full body suspension, where the body is suspended from the ceiling or a support beam with ropes or straps. This type of hanging requires a great deal of physical strength and balance as the person is completely off the ground. It is usually done as a form of performance art or exhibition.

Partial Hanging

Partial hanging is a partial body suspension, where only the feet or the legs are suspended from a support beam. This type of hanging is usually done as a form of fitness or strength training. It can also be used as a form of therapy to help people with physical disabilities or mental health issues. Partial hanging can be done with a variety of different straps and ropes, and the person's body is supported by the straps and ropes.
