Hello everyone,

I'm looking for some help understanding the three barriers to seeking help. I've heard that it can be difficult to ask for assistance, especially if you're feeling embarrassed or ashamed, but I'm not sure what the other two barriers might be. Can anyone help me out? Are there any experiences anyone can share about how these barriers affected them? I'd really appreciate it.
